RingCentral Web App
RingCentral has a "web app" that allows you to control your phone/account from your browser - every user with a phone has the ability to log in here.
Below are instructions for login + some basic usage-
Logging into RingCentral Web App-
Open a web browser and navigate to: https://app.ringcentral.com/
2. Click "Sign In"
3. Click the "Google" button for signing in with Google
4. In the pop-up window - choose your ictech.edu Google account
*if it asks you to allow permissions, go ahead and allow*
5. You are now logged in!
Web App: Accessing Phone Settings-
Log into the RingCentral web platform (instructions above)
2. At the bottom left, click the gear icon with the label "Settings"
3. Within the Settings Menu, choose "Phone"
4. You may access and change settings related to the following on your phone:
Incoming Calls:
Call rules
Blocked numbers
Call waiting
Hold music
Ringtone
Outgoing Calls:
Default caller ID
RingOut
Callback ID appearance
Voicemail settings:
Voicemail greeting
Voicemail PIN
Shared voicemail
Voicemail to text
General:
Extension settings
Heads-up display (HUD)
Default phone app for calling
Deskphone pairing
App/External site for incoming calls
