Advanced Share Settings
When you open the "Advanced" settings when sharing, you gain a bit more control over how a document or folder is being shared.
Below is what you will see after clicking Advanced.
Below are brief explanations of these settings and their functions-
Link to share:
You can access and copy the link to your document here.
Who has access:
You can choose who to allow access by selecting the "Change" button on the setting for overall access permissions.
From there you can choose to share only with specific people, people with the link, anyone, only people in the ICTC organization, etc.
You can also view who already has access and the owner
Invite People:
You can type in emails and share from this area, as well.
Owner Settings:
Only the owner of the document can change these two settings
You can prevent people from sharing to more people and/or changing access permissions
You can stop people from downloading, printing, copying if they have "view" or "comment" permissions only.
