Customize Form

Brief introductions to the Customization Features of Forms:

Change theme of form: click the palette icon at the top of the form

Add another new question: click the + sign to the right of the form

Duplicate a question: click the duplicate button at the bottom of the question

Change the question: click the Question area and enter your question

Note: You may notice the question type will change to try to adapt to the question you are typing

Change the question type: click the down arrow, as shown below:

Add response options (if applicable to question type): click the answer options boxes and enter your question's answers

Specify a required question: click the "Required" toggle. 

Reorder questions: click and hold the 6 dots at the top of a question and drag to the position you want

Delete a question: click the trashcan icon at the bottom

See more options on a question: click the 3 stacked dots on the bottom right of a question

Add a YouTube video to form: click the YouTube icon to the right of the form
