Group/Ungroup Email Thread Messages

1.) Open and log into your ICTC Gmail account

2.)In the top right corner, click on the "Settings" icon that looks like a gear and choose "Settings" from the menu

3.) Under the "General" tab, search for "Conversation View"

4.) Choose either "Conversation view on" to group messages into conversations or choose "Conversation view off" to ungroup messages and receive them individually.

5.) Don't forget to scroll all the way to the bottom and click the "Save Changes" button before exiting the page.
